Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item received is the incorrect colour or size.
Please contact Slavic Hair within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with the colour or size.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition. Returned items will be reviewed upon receipt.
